Most of us were writing production software well before AI-assisted development existed, and it's now how we build by default. Before a line of code gets written, we turn your requirements and designs into an implementable, ticket-level spec. Every ticket is sized to land as a pull request of around 400 lines, small enough to actually review, small enough for an agent to build correctly. You get a burndown of merged tickets, not a milestone percentage you can't verify until the end.
